Ava #

Ava’s calm confidence and otherworldly beauty were magnetic. For Strassman, it was love at first sight (big mistake)

Ava is one of Skys’ disciples in the cult of Mantra. She fills an important role in the cult, but ends up secretly falling for Strassman. She dies giving birth to their daughter, Angel.

In Unbeleevable 2 we first learn about a beautiful woman named Ava. She is described as one of Skys’ “lady friends”. Strassman and Lauren visit the cult in 2004 at the Skys & the Starjammers soirée. When Strassman sees Ava, he immediately falls in love with her.

In Unbeleevable 3 we learn that Ava and Strassman have started a relationship, which Skys does not know about. The Russian Poem is confirmed to be a letter from Strassman to Ava.

Unbeleevable 3 also depicts Ava as pregnant in 2015. She expresses concern to Strassman after Feya reveals a traitor in the cult. Skys used the man as a test subject for Project Kingslayer, also functioning as a warning to other cult members. Since Strassman and Ava betrayed Skys with their affair, the consequences for them could be just as severe. Dallus has realised the consequences of their experiments and has decided to leave the cult.

After Feya finds the poem(s) written from Strassman to Ava, she immediately tells Skys. One night, Ava and Strassman leave the cult. With Ava about to give birth, they decide to take shelter with Strassman’s now former partner, Dallus Lauren. Strassman manages to deliver their baby, but Ava sadly passes away shortly after. She is convinced that their child was destined to save the world, which convinces Strassman to name the baby Angel.

After Ava’s death, Strassman is manipulated into going back to the cult with Skys. He promises to stop the Kingslayer experiments, give Strassman the lead on more ethical research and to take care of Angel.
